The Area and our objectives:
The Extension and Communication Area of the Institute of Limnology; Dr. Raúl Ringuelet; was formed in 2015, as an initiative of the group of scholarship holders, with the mission of creating a space where all members can disseminate their activities and exchange knowledge with other sectors of society in a multidisciplinary way.
Main objective:
To consolidate our bond with the community as a whole (children, young people, adults,
institutions, government agencies, private entities, organizations social, etc.). We address issues related to Limnology, resignifying ecosystems aquatic and the importance of conserving these environments.
Our Activities:
Visits to the ILPLA
Our proposal is aimed at the entire educational community. The main objective is to publicize our work, seeking to stimulate the
scientific vocation, conservation and respect for aquatic ecosystems and the environment in general.
Events
We participate in science fairs and also attend events of a scientific such as Science Week and congresses. We organize the Water Fair as well as talks, seminars, discussions and training workshops in the Institute and open to the community in general.
Outreach and citizen participation projects
The members of our institution participate in projects and activities related to Extension and Citizen Participation.
